Refund Policy
Last updated 9 September 2026
Fourteen days, no reason required. If SpaceShift is not what you wanted, ask and you get your money back.
Try it before you buy it
SpaceShift runs as a complete 14 day demo with every feature unlocked and no card needed, so you can find out whether it suits the way you work before spending anything. We would much rather you did that than bought on faith. The refund window exists for the times that is not enough.
The window
You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. You do not have to explain why. There is no restocking fee and no partial refund arithmetic: you get the full amount you paid.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, and include the order number from your receipt if you have it to hand. That is the whole process. Refunds are issued through the payment provider that took the payment, so the money returns by the same route it left, usually within a few business days depending on your bank.
What happens to your licence
A refunded purchase ends the licence it paid for, and the keys issued from it stop being valid on the computers they were registered to. Your settings and layouts are yours and stay on your machine. If you later change your mind, you can buy again and pick up where you left off.
After 14 days
Past the window we are not obliged to refund, but we are also not machines about it. If SpaceShift stopped working for you and support could not fix it, write to us and say so. The demo and this policy exist because we would rather have a satisfied non-customer than an unhappy one.
Abuse
Repeatedly buying and refunding, or refunding while continuing to use a circumvented copy, is the one case where we will decline. That is the only exception on this page.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here removes the rights you have under the consumer law of your own country, including any statutory right to cancel a digital purchase. Where those rights give you more than this page does, they apply.
